Excellent with 99% original blue and antique gold finish remaining, some light handling marks, and areas of a darker patina at the rear of the receiver. There are a couple small areas of oxidation directly behind the forearm on the receiver. The wood is very good with the exception of visible crazing of the varnish on the forearm and around the wrist of the buttstock. With sharp checkering and some light surface scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent. Box is about good with legible end label, corner and edge wear throughout, and some separations.
