Description:

Manufactured in 1919 per Winchester Arms Collectors Association. Features a barrel stamped with the two-line address/patent marking and "22 SHORT" on the left side, raised dovetail blade front sight, Lyman receiver peep sight, Winchester factory oval proofs, "US/flaming bomb" on the receiver, and sling swivels with a Nobuckl canvas sling.

Rating Definition:

Fine, retaining 40% original blue finish on the barrel forend cap and barrel band and 80% original blue on the receiver, lever and hammer with a smooth brown-gray patina on the balance. Patterns of original case colors remain on the breech block. The stock is also fine with a divot on the forearm (left side) along with some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
