This combination weapon likely originates from the Germanic states. Hunting knives with built in flintlock pistols were manufactured primarily as hunting sidearms used to finish off wounded boars and other game. The blade is just under 14 inches long. The barrel is part octagon and has light engraving and silver plating. The hilt is also silver and includes a panoply of arms on the languet, scrolls, grotesque masks on the knuckle guard and pommel, and floral patterns on the balance.

Very good with a gray patina and mild pitting on the blade, blunted tip, polished silver with some pits/voids, and generally crisp designs. Mechanically functions, but does not go to full cock.
