Rating Definition:

Very good. The barrel and ejector rod housing retain 70% original blue finish, the post-war replacement cylinder retains 90% plus original blue and the grip straps retain generous amounts of original blue in the protected areas with the overall balance a smooth brown-gray patina. There is some mild pitting visible on the barrel at the muzzle (left side). The frame and hammer retain patterns of original case colors. The grips are fine with minor handling marks and crisp checkering overall. The cylinder does not lock properly when the hammer is at the full cock position, otherwise the action is fine.
