Produced by Moore's Patent Fire Arms Company from 1860 to 1865, before production was taken over by National Arms, and then Colt. Standard "Moores Pat. F.A. CO. BROOKLYN N.Y." barrel marking. Floral scroll engraving on a punch dot background with checkering on the grip area.

Very fine, showing 80% original silver finish with an attractive aged patina. There are some handling marks and areas of brass showing under the silver plating. Mechanically excellent.
