Description:

Manufactured from 1876 to 1877. Scarce and very desirable blue finish. Matching serial numbers on the butt, right grip panel, cylinder, barrel, and barrel latch.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining 75% original bright blue, most of the finish loss concentrate on the grip straps and cylinder, scattered areas of spotting, and a cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent. Mechanically excellent. A rare Baby Russian in blue: one of only about 500 manufactured. Provenance: Dr. Gerald Klaz collection.
