Manufactured in 1936, after the Remington takeover. Blue steel dovetail lump barrels with added vent rib non-factory marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. VULCAN STEEL", 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors, "ETT3" October, 1948 Remington date and repair code on the flats, and improved cylinder/modified chokes. The casehardened action features light zig-zag border engraving, Remington "PARKER" marking on the underside, single selective trigger, and tang mounted safety. Checkered forearm and straight grip stock with blank initial shield on the underside, and checkered bare butt. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .551/.551; minimum wall thickness .038/.038; drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 1 3/4 inches; length of pull 13 7/8 inches.

Fine. The barrels have 98% refinished blue with the as mentioned added rib, and scattered light handling marks. The casehardened action has aged to a silver/gray patina with visible traces of original case colors in the protected areas, some slight brown spotting, and refinished trigger guard. The modified, refinished wood is also fine with re-cut checkering, and scattered small dings and dents. Mechanically excellent.
