Manufactured in 1921 and subsequently lavishly embellished at the famed shop of "America's Master Gunsmith" Frank Pachmayr. The blue barrels feature red bead front and white bead mid sights on the fully matted concave rib with wedges of finely executed scroll engraving at the muzzles, 2 1/2 inch chambers with automatic ejectors, rib marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. INVINCIBLE", wedges of matching engraving at the breech with brilliant gold and silver inlaid floral bouquets, and improved modified/full chokes. The action has had side clips added and features finely sculpted fences, brilliantly jewelled water table, dual gold plated triggers, and automatic sliding tang safety with gold inlaid "SAFE" marking. The action features finely executed, full coverage American scroll engraving surrounding matching gold and silver inlaid floral bouquets, a gold inlaid duck on the right side, grouse on the underside, and pheasant on the left. The underside of the action is also gold inlaid with "PARKER BROS" in the style of the highest grade Parker Brothers shotguns. The tangs are engraved to match with gold and silver inlaid flowers on the trigger guard face, and gold inlaid serial number on the lower tang. Fitted with a finely checkered, highly figured, walnut beavertail forearm with fancy fleur-de-lis accented borders, engraved fittings, and pistol grip stock with relief carved fleur-de-lis accents, finely checkered flats, gold inscription plate on the grip end inscribed "DONATED BY/NAN & FRANK/PACHMAYR/TO/WETLANDS FOR IOWA", and a solid Old English recoil pad. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 1/8 inches; length of pull 14 3/8 inches.

Exceptionally fine as highly embellished and refinished at the famous Pachmayr shop with 98% of the high quality blue finish remaining on the barrels, and some very light edge wear on the rib. The blued action does have some areas of plum coloration, most notably on the added side clips, sharp engraving, finely detailed gold and silver work, and light scattered handling marks. The wood is very fine with crisp, fine checkering, well defined carving and borders, attractive color and figure, and just a few small insignificant dings. Mechanically excellent.
