Manufactured circa 1925. Single brass bead sight on the matte, vent rib barrels with 2 3/4 inch chambers, automatic ejectors, standard markings, light scroll engraving at the breech, and improved modified/full chokes. The casehardened action features a cross bolt third fastener and standard Specialty Grade engraving of flowing scroll and game scenes with a duck in flight on the right and a pair of quail on the left. The trigger guard and tangs are engraved to match. Checkered beavertail forearm with engraved fittings, roller latch, and pistol grip buttstock with solid rubber recoil pad. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .734/.728; minimum wall thickness .029/.032; drop at comb 1 5/16 inches; drop at heel 1 3/4 inches; length of pull 14 3/8 inches.

Very fine. The barrels have 95% plus professionally refinished blue with some light spotting and dings visible at the muzzle, a few scattered surface scratches, and some light forearm wear. The receiver and locks have 85% original mostly bright case colors with light silvering on the edges and sharp engraving. The refinished wood is also very fine with attractive figure, scattered small dings and scratches, light chipping around the lower tang, visible spot of filler to the right of the lower tang, and a visible short hairline crack at the tail of the right lock. Mechanically excellent.
