Beaded blade front and automatic flip up rear notch sights, on the solid matte rib with double claw scope bases, 2 3/4 inch chambers with single extractor, standard Suhl (GDR) proofs with "278" proof date, sling swivel on the rifle barrel, and modified/full chokes. Casehardened, scalloped, box lock action with side clips, cross bolt third fastener, Greener style side safety, dual triggers (front is set trigger), brass cocking indicators, and sliding tang safety/selector switch. The action features light scroll and border engraving, Suhl "mountain man" marking on the underside, and matching light scroll on the tangs and trigger guard. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with plastic grip cap, rear sling swivel, raised cheekpiece, and plastic checkered "SUHL" marked buttplate. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 11/16 inches; drop at heel 2 3/8 inches; length of pull 14 1/8 inches.

Excellent with 95% original blue finish on the barrels, some small patches of oxidation visible on the tubes, and a trace of light muzzle wear. The action has 98% original case colors with some light silvering visible on the side clips. The wood is also excellent with sharp checkering, and just a few small marks and dings. Mechanically excellent.
