Bright coin finished action with rib extension third fastener, bushed firing pins, side clips, dual triggers and manual sliding tang safety. The action is fully engraved with flowing scroll patterns surrounding detailed big game scenes of a male lion on the right, and a bull African elephant on the left. Checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with engraved fittings, capped grip, raised cheekpiece, and solid Kick-Eez recoil pad. Includes leather bound Merkel takedown case.

Excellent with 99% original blue finish on the barrels and some scattered light handling marks. The buttstock has a deep, rough dent on the left side under the cheekpiece, otherwise the wood is very good with small dings, sharp checkering, and slightly oversized butt pad spacer. Mechanically excellent. Case is very good with some exterior scuffs and storage marks.
