Manufactured in 1943, this Remington Model 11 Riot Shotgun features a single bead sight, 2 3/4 inch chamber, cylinder choke, and "U.S./flaming bomb" proofs on the barrel and receiver. The receiver is the correct commercial pattern with polished blue finish, and roll engraved pheasant and duck scenes on the sides. Fitted with a correct early commercial style checkered semi-beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with "crossed cannons" and "FJA" stamps on the left side, and serrated Remington plastic buttplate. Includes the original box with the barrel length, and "R" (riot) grade marking on the end label. The box includes the correct green vapor wrap and manual. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Near new in box with only light handling marks and very little evidence of being assembled. There is a faint green tinted line on the forearm from the green colored vapor wrap. The box is fine with corner and edge wear, oxidation on the staples, some discoloration, and separated corners on the lid portion.
