Manufactured in 1945. Blade and flat top notch sights, with the standard slide markings, "FJA" inspected frame, stamped trigger, thin checkered hammer, long grip safety, checkered thumb safety, serrated slide catch and arched mainspring housing, reinforced Keyes Fiber grips, full blue magazine marked "G" on the toe, and a High Standard "HS" barrel. Two boxes are included; an outer shipping box stamped to the Raritan Arsenal on one side and labelled for the National Rifle Association and Letterkenny Ordnance Depot on the other, with the label dated "3-19-62", and an inner "kraft" box with ink stamped Remington-Rand nomenclature, containing a green anti-vapor wrapping paper and an extra full blued "G" marked magazine.

Excellent plus, as issued, with 99% plus original parkerized finish, showing some light scratches and handling marks overall. The grips are also excellent. The factory box is excellent, and the exterior DCM shipping box shows wear appropriate to age and travel. Mechanically excellent.
