This is an excellent representative example of a Bolo Model Mauser broomhandle pistol with the banded type front sight, short 4 inch barrel, tangent rear sight graduated to 1,000 meters, standard three-line Oberndorf address on top of the chamber, two-line address on right side of frame, "crown/crown/U" factory proof on left side of the barrel extension, "GERMANY" export marking on left side of frame, short grip frame, and checkered hard rubber grips with Mauser monogram, and lanyard loop on the butt. Includes a walnut combination shoulder stock/holster with renumbered to match (partial), attaching iron numbered "604". All visible serial numbers are matching including the grips marked "604" on the back of each panel.

Excellent with 95% original blue finish, small patch of surface pitting visible on top of the barrel, areas of high point and edge wear, and scattered small scratches and dings on both sides of the magazine well. The grips are very fine with mildly worn checkering, some small dings, and very slight chips visible at the toe of each panel. Mechanically excellent. Stock is very good as refinished with a visible hairline crack on the lid, scattered small dings, and refinished hinge and renumbered attaching iron displaying an artificial gray patina.
