Manufactured in 1949. Ramped, hooded bead blade front and added Lyman 6W dual folding leaf rear sights, ".30 Gov't. 06" barrel markings and Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, factory drilled and tapped holes on top of the receiver with filler screws in place, fully adjustable Lyman rear peep sight, matching numbered bolt, checkered pistol grip stock, and checkered blue steel buttplate.

Excellent with 97% bright original blue finish, some light edge wear and handling marks, cycling marks on the bolt body, and slight gray patina on the handle knob and front of trigger guard. The stock is also excellent with sharp checkering and some small dings. Mechanically excellent.
