Built by an unknown party with standard markings and features of a Colt 2nd Model Dragoon Revolver, other than the Mexican eagle style relief carved grip. Numbered in the proper serial number range for 2nd Model Dragoon. This revolver was quite possibly custom built by the late Thomas Haas Sr. based on the quality of work and attention to detail.

Exceptionally fine as custom built, showing 99% blue finish with 98% vivid case colors. Light handling evidence with minor age stress lines visible in the butt. Mechanically excellent.
