This special edition revolver is number 35 of only 50 manufactured, and pays homage to the legendary McNairy County Sheriff from Tennessee. Buford Pusser is famous for his "war" against the Dixie Mafia and the State Line Mob, who had murdered his wife and took part in all manner of illegal activities along the Mississippi-Tennessee state line. Pusser's battle was later immortalized in several books and Hollywood films, the most famous of which was "Walking Tall". Includes an unlabelled Colt "wood grain" box.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and gold finishes with limited handling evidence. The box is very fine with some light wear at the corners. Mechanically excellent.
