Manufactured in 1929. Standard markings including Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. Pinned blade front and folding ladder rear sights with saddle ring and staple mounted on the left of the receiver. Mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a carbine buttplate. These 16 inch barrel Trapper Carbines are extremely desirable due to not requiring an exemption letter from the ATF for the barrel length being too short.

Fine, retains 40% original blue finish with the balance a mottled grey and brown patina. The wood is also fine with some minor dings and scratches scattered throughout and some slight variation in color on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent.
