Manufactured in 1961. Red bead front and white bead mid sights on the matte vent rib barrels with standard markings, 3 inch chambers with automatic ejectors, light engraving on the barrel wings and lugs, and modified/full "**/*" chokes. Coin gray action with single trigger and sliding tangs safety/selector switch. The action is engraved with fine flowing scroll surrounding detailed hunting dog and bird scenes of a pointer an pheasant on the right, setter and duck on the left, two quail on the underside, and two pheasants on the trigger guard. The left side of the action is signed "LEGIERS". Attractively figured, checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with engraved fittings, and Browning plastic buttplate. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 2 1/4 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches.

Excellent with 97% original blue finish on the barrels, some visible light muzzle wear, some forearm marks on the barrels, and crisp, detailed engraving on the action. The wood is also excellent with sharp checkering, and some small scattered dings. Mechanically excellent.
