Description:

The holster is brown leather construction, embossed "USMC" on the flap with no arsenal markings, a loop on the back for a thigh strap/tie-down (not included), and a long drop, non-swiveling body with a brass stud. The belt is canvas web construction, originally green but sun-faded to brown, with Mills marks on the brass hardware and "A 7" in black ink stamped on the rear. The pouch is green canvas, "MILLS/1914" ink stamped on the interior, with American Eagle pattern snaps and period correct two pinned base two-tone magazines with lanyard loops.

Rating Definition:

fine overall. The fine belt shows notable sun-fading, along with wear appropriate to age and use, with similar wear but less fading on the magazine pouch. The holster shows mild scuffing and cracking.
