Manufactured in 1911. Equipped with blade front sight, buckhorn rear sight, and full length magazine tube. The top of the barrel is stamped with the two line address/patent date marking, and "25-20 W.C.F." is stamped on the left side near the breech. The magazine takedown bar is stamped with 1893 patent date, the upper tang has the three line model/trademark information, Winchester oval factory proofs on the top of the barrel and receiver near the breech and serial number on the underside of the frame. Blue finish with casehardened hammer and lever. Mounted on a smooth walnut forearm with steel forend cap and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Very fine. The barrel assembly retains 85% of the original blue finish with a few minor areas of light pitting. The receiver retains 40% of the original blue finish with a mixing to a smooth grey patina. The casehardened hammer and trigger retain vivid case colors in their protected areas. The marking are crisp and clear. The forend cap and buttplate have some brown speckling. The wood is also very fine with some scattered scratches and dings. Mechanically fine.
