This classic is from the Oberamergau region of Southern Bavaria. A classic rendition of a mother bear looking up while holding on to tree as her cub climbs. The cub sits on a branch to look at the wonderful view ahead of him. The circular ring below the mother can hold an umbrella or cane, the upper is for heavy winter coats on the branches. This is quite a charming item made out of sturdy bronze that should last a lifetime of use and enjoyment. Measures 17x24x66 1/2 inches. Weighs 138 pounds.

Very good overall, showing minor storage/use evidence. This would make a great piece for any foyer.
