These 18th century style rifled holster pistols are signed "S* SCHEINNICK" on the locks and top of the barrels. The barrels have later brass blade front sights, and the upper tangs have dished rear sights. The "B" gun has a later rear sight fitted into the rear sight that matches the front sight. The barrels also have long sight flats and have chiseled knights at the breech. The rounded face, "banana" profile locks have scroll engraving below the signature, raised relief scroll patterns on the frizzens and cocks as well as the tails, and raised relief masks on the bottom of the non-bridled pans. The tumbler stirrups are even engraved. The furniture has scroll patterns, three bestial masks on pierced side plates, and additional masks on the stirrup style pommels. The stocks have raised relief carving, some incised carving by the barrel tangs, and horn forend caps.

Very good with mostly gray patina overall, some minor oxidation/pitting, and general mild wear. The stock has distinct carving, some minor chips at the edges around the pommel cap, and a well-executed repaired wrist. Mechanically fine.
