This is a scarce example of a factory engraved Remington Model 12 deluxe rifle. The barrel is fitted with a blade front sight and elevation adjustable rear sight. The rifle has standard Remington markings with the serial number engraved in large font on the underside of the receiver. The receiver has scroll engraving with a wavy line border. The bottom is engraved over the serial number, meaning "D" Grade engraving. Checkered pistol grip stock and a crescent buttplate marked with the Remington-UMC logo.

Very fine, retaining 85% original blue finish with some muzzle wear and some handling marks. The wood is fine with heat crazing/crackling of the overall finish. Mechanically excellent.
