Manufactured in 1934 as a VH grade and subsequently masterfully upgraded to an A1-Special grade. Dual white bead sights on the matte concave rib marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. PEERLESS. STEEL" with 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, and modified chokes. The barrels also have wedges of fine floral scroll engraving forward of the breech and at the muzzle. The vibrantly case colored receiver features full coverage elaborate floral and scroll engraving with sharp detail, relief carved fences, and gold inlaid "PARKER" marking on the underside. The serial number on the lower tang is gold filled, as is the safety "S" on upper tang. Gold plated single selective trigger and tang mounted automatic thumb safety. Finely checkered and beautifully figured forearm and straight grip stock with relief carved Fleur-De-Lis flats, gold inscription oval inscribed "Warren/C./Jeffery", and an engraved skelton buttplate over a Fleur-De-Lis carved checkered butt. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .553/.551 inches; chokes .012/.010 inches ; minimum wall thickness .028/.027 inches; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 1/4 inches; length of pull 14 inches; weight 6lbs 4oz.

Excellent as masterfully upgraded to an A1-Special. The barrels retain 99% of their blue finish and the receiver shows an equal amount of case coloring, the metal shows limited evidence of handling. Some very minor finish loss on the trigger. The wood is very fine with a few small blemishes, a slight scuff at the toe, and overall sharp checkering on both the forearm and stock. Mechanically excellent.
