Description:

The overall appearance of this pistol shares design elements to early Colt Woodsman pistols (but smaller in scale, much different mechanism) and bears a strong resemblance to a larger prototype R.B. Davis semi-automatic pistol RIAC had the privilege of selling in September 2015. The heart of the weapon is a straight blowback driven bolt in a tubular receiver with vent slits on both sides and a cocking knob. The pistol is unmarked and left "in the white," hallmarks of a tool room prototype or experimental piece. The magazine release is located on the butt. It is fitted with a blade front sight, a dovetail notch rear sight and smooth walnut grip panels. The overall length is nearly 7 inches, and the overall height from the top of the rear sight to the toe is about 3 1/2 inches

Rating Definition:

Very fine, having mostly a bright in-the-white appearance with some minor handling marks one would except from a tool room pistol. The grips are fine with some light to minor handling marks. Mechanically functions fine.
