With browned twist damascus barrels respectively signed "WILLIAM FORD. 23, LOVEDAY ST." and "ST. MARY’S, BIRMINGHAM", with raised concave rib with bead front sight, 2 3/4 inch proofed chambers and Birmingham proof and London reproof marks dated to 1986 . Casehardened sidelever action, back action side locks each signed "WILLIAM FORD" and blued trigger guard. Nicely figured 13 inch straight hand stock with silver initial oval marked "S" checkered bare butt with steel toe plate, and finely checkered grip and forearm, the latter with dark horn tip.

Fine with 70% of the rebrowned finish remaining on the barrels with clear barrel markings and various light handling marks. The barrels have likely been slightly shortened. The action, locks, and hammers retain 60% of the original casehardened finish with the remainder a mostly brown patina. The sidelever and trigger guard have 90% of the reblued finish remaining with signs of oxidation throughout. The wood is fine with various handling marks and scratches and well-defined checkering.
