Manufactured in 1979 and subsequently masterfully embellished by Ken Hurst, who was one of only two engravers after World War II to have been a master engraver for both Colt and Winchester. The revolver has standard Colt markings and 50% coverage of beautifully executed floral scroll engraving in the Nimschke/American style and fitted with a pearl grip. Hurst has signed his work "K. HURST" on the left of the back strap. Includes the original box.

Excellent overall as masterfully embellished by Ken Hurst, retains 99% plus of the nickel finish with only the slightest handling marks, crisp engraving, and finely figured grip. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with mild wear, a few tears, and label partially attached by tape.
