One of only 74 deluxe versions of this commemorative manufactured in 1968, in comparison to the 7,400 of the standard model of the commemorative. The deluxe versions were serialized 126BW-200BW. These deluxe and special deluxe versions were hand engraved by A. A. White's engraving firm, with this example being signed "JEH" on the right under the grip. Along with the standard Colt and commemorative markings it has 50% coverage masterfully executed floral scroll engraving and the serial number inlaid in gold. Includes the original commemorative display case.

Excellent, retains 99% plus original blue finish with only the slightest handling marks and crisp engraving. The grips are very fine with a professionally repaired hairline crack at the top of the left panel and a few scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The case is very fine with some scattered minor handling/storage marks.
