Manufactured between 1946 and 1950. Single bead sight on the elevated, matte rib, standard barrel markings, 2 3/4 inch chambers with single extractor, standard markings on the flats, and chokes gauge at modified/full. Casehardened receiver and lock plates with standard markings, dual triggers, tang mounted thumb safety and hand marked "B+M" on the trigger guard. Checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with serrated buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/2 inch drop at heel; 14 1/8 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 10 oz.

Excellent, retaining 98% original blue finish on the barrels, 98% original case colors, and most of the blue on the trigger guard. There is some minor handling evidence and wear at the muzzle. The wood is very fine with a few minor marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
