Manufactured in 1955. Fewer than 2,500 Marshals were made. Included factory letter states that this revolver was shipped on November 2,1955 to The Thom Co., Ltd. of Honolulu, Hawaii in a 2 gun shipment. The letter also confirms the finish, barrel length, caliber with grips "not listed". Fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions. Provenance: The Dr. Robert Azar Collection

Very fine, retaining 80% plus original high polish blue finish with some muzzle wear, a mild cylinder drag line, loss on the straps, and some light handling marks. Grips are fine with light even wear, some light handling marks and dings. Mechanically excellent.
