Description:

Manufactured by MMC LLC. of Lisbon, Iowa, using a mixture of newly made and military surplus parts, including the re-welded original receiver. This is a semi-automatic version of the iconic Soviet heavy machine gun, sometimes lovingly referred to as the "Dushka", a dear or beloved person. These machine guns were employed by most Soviet Bloc countries through the Cold War and were used in a vast number of conflicts around the globe from the time of its inception in 1938 up to the present day and is quite possibly the most widely used heavy machine gun in the world. This example has Cyrillic markings visible on various parts, the MMC address on the right of the receiver, post front and folding ladder rear sights, dual plastic grips, the large iconic muzzle device and cooling fins on the barrel, and what is likely the original serial number on the upper rear of the receiver, transliterated to "I157". Includes two ammunition cans.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as assembled, retains 95% plus of the matte black finish with some scattered light handling marks and wear. The grips have some scattered minor dings. Mechanically excellent. The ammunition boxes are very good with some mild wear.
