The chamber is dated "1937" and the toggle has the Mauser code "S/42", with "eagle/63" and firing proofs stamped on the right barrel extension and barrel. Safety and extractor are marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively and the underside of the barrel has the bore marking. Matching serial number on front of frame (with z suffix), left barrel extension, and barrel underside, with the partial serial number (95) on the takedown latch, sideplate, sear, safety bar, thumb safety, extractor, toggle, and toggle link. All blue finish with checkered walnut grips and mismatched blued magazine with aluminum base (1697t). Both grips are numbered to the gun (95).

Excellent. The pistol retains 95% original blue finish with some loss at the muzzle, some minor edge wear, and some thinning to a gray. The grips are very fine with some minor dings and high edge wear in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
