Stainless steel action with tight floral engraving motifs on all sides, script "P. Beretta" on either side at the top, floral border engraving, a mallard game scene on the left sideplate, a grouse scene on the right sideplate, a woodcock scene on the bottom, "Bottega C. Giovanelli" on the bottom next to the trigger guard, gold plated single non-selective trigger, and automatic selector safety. Mounted on a finely figured, multi-point checkered walnut forend and pistol grip stock with Deeley release, engraved fittings, silver inlaid numeral "1" inlaid on the release lever, blank initial oval, and generic buttplate. Includes Beretta takedown case containing a matching set of 28 gauge barrels with steel bead front as well as a fiber optic front sight, 2 3/4 inch chambers, and choked modified/improved cylinder. Extra barrels feature silver inlaid numeral "2" in same places as "1". Extra barrel measurements (U/O): bores proved at 13.9/13.8mm (.547/.543 inches) and measure .550/.555 inches; choked .004/.014 inches; minimum wall thickness .033/.035 inches. Bore and stock measurements (U/O): both bores proved at 15.8mm (.622 inches) and measure at .628/.627 inches; choked .019/.030 inches; minimum wall thickness .030/.034 inches; drop at comb 1 5/16 inches; drop at heel 2 3/16; length of pull 15 1/8 inches, and weight 6 lbs. 2 oz.

Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish on the barrels, with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Action is also excellent with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Wood is very good with some handling marks, a few small dings, and crisp grip checkering.
