Originally manufactured by Springfield Armory, this M1A was subsequently upgraded to fully automatic configuration by Pearl Manufacturing Corp. Standard Springfield Armory markings on the top rear of the receiver and the Pearl Mfg. address on the left. Fitted with a birdcage flash hider, blade front sight, windage and elevation adjustable rear sight with windage knob marked "WRIGHT", and sling swivels. Mounted with a standard GI pattern, pistol grip, hardwood stock and synthetic upper handguard. Includes a military style ammunition can and 10 extra magazines.

Fine as converted to current configuration, retains 85% plus of the parkerized finish with the balance having thinned to a smooth grey patina, primarily on high spots. The wood is also very good with some scattered minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
