Originally manufactured in Germany as a HKG3 semi-automatic rifle, this firearm has been given two rounds of significant upgrades. The first set of upgrades was performed by Vollmer Manufacturing (so marked on the right side of the belt mechanism housing), which converted the G3 to the HK21 pattern, integrating a belt feed mechanism, ventilated handguard with bipod rails, and reconfiguring the receiver to accept quick-detach heavy barrels (two extras included). The second round of upgrades was performed by Fleming Firearms (so marked on the right side of the receiver, hidden by the trigger group) which outfitted the gun with a fully functional "shelf" pattern machine gun trigger pack installed in a "S/E/F" marked housing. Taken in total, these upgrades result in the closest possible representative of the original German-designed squad automatic weapon. Post front and "2-12" adjustable peep rear sights, a vertical foregrip installed on the forearm, and the "HK21" marking on the left side above the belt mechanism and on top of the receiver. Fitted with a textured right handed pistol grip and a "club foot" style fixed buttstock with solid rubber recoil pad. Includes an attachable belt box, two extra barrels, a bipod, a length of metal ammunition belt links, a padded canvas sling, a plethora of extra parts including another belt feed mechanism, and a Pelican hard case.

Excellent as converted, retains 97% of the matte black finish with a few scattered light handling marks and some light cycling wear, primarily near the feed and ejection ports. The grips and stock are excellent with minimal handling evidence. The accessories are all generally very good or better with some showing some mild wear and others near new. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
