Introduced in 1878. Matching serial numbers on the barrel, barrel latch, right grip panel, and butt. The cylinder bears no serial number but is marked with a "." on the cylinder face and extractor star, likely meaning that this was a factory replacement. Factory refinish star on the butt and "10.11" (October, 1911) factory return date under left grip. Excellent as factory refinished, retaining 98% nickel finish, light handling evidence, and some areas showing light frosting. The grips are very good with brown discoloration and well-defined checkering. Mechanically excellent.
