A) Woodward Pistol

The frame features fine floral scrollwork and border engraving and is signed "B. WOODWARD & SON" in a banner on the left side. The fish engraved hammer has a sliding safety. A wide leaf motif band is engraved on both barrels at the breech. Both barrels and bolsters are stamped with Birmingham proofs. The one-piece grip has fine checkering, scroll and border engraved grip cap with compartment and a blank silver initial oval. With a wooden case shared with "B". The case contains a conical bullet mold, lead rounds, a nipple wrench, a cap container, a case key and a small powder flask.

ConditionExcellent, retaining 90% vivid original case colors. 95% original nitre blue remains on the trigger. The grip is excellent with crisp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with a minor crack on the lid, minor handling/storage marks, and some typical high spot wear on the lining.
