Single brass bead sight on the matted, concave solid rib, standard barrel markings, chambers proved at 76 mm (3 inches) with automatic ejectors, and chokes marked "1/2" and "VZ". The coin finished sideclipped boxlock action features a pair of hares on the left and a trio of mallards on the right all surrounded by floral scrollwork. The gun features double triggers, bushed firing pins, and an automatic tang mounted safety switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter stock with engraved fittings and Deeley latch release as well as a straight grip stock with Merkel buttplate. Includes original factory box. Stock measurements: 1 9/16 inch drop at comb; 2 9/16 inch drop at heel; 14 1/2 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 11 oz.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, some minor spotting on the action and forend iron, minor handling evidence, a small scratch on the stock, and sharp stock checkering. The box is very good with mild wear. Mechanically excellent.
