The coin finished sideplated boxlock action features extensive floral scroll engraving surrounding shields marked "P. Beretta/Giubileo" on either side, the left sideplate shows a pair of pheasant in flight over a farm field, the right has a pair of mallards over a pond, and the underside has a bust of two retrievers under "BERETTA". The triggerplate is signed "Bottega C. Giovanelli Fausti". Single trigger and tang mounted manual safety/selector switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered Schnabel forend with gold shield bearing "PB" and engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with rubber recoil pad. Includes a factory takedown case, extra walnut buttplate, and three extra choke tubes (full, improved cylinder, and cylinder). Stock and barrel measurements (U/O): bore diameter 9 inches from the bore both marked 18.6 mm (.732 inches) and measured .732/.731 inches; minimum wall thickness .034/.035 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 inch drop at heel; 15 1/16 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs 12 oz.

Excellent, retaining 99% original blue and 98% plus coin finishes, minor handling evidence, and a light freckling/spotting on the coin surfaces. The wood is also excellent with a few minor marks, slightly oversize recoil pad, and sharp checkering. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent.
