Originally produced by Remington-Rand in 1944, this pistol was subsequently selected for upgrade to a National Match competition-grade pistol and fitted with a Colt slide numbered to match the frame. Serrated Patridge blade front sight and Elliason adjustable rear sight, with a Colt "7790314" slide, "7267718/NM" bushing, and "NM 7267717" barrel (also numbered to the frame), and a "FJA" inspected frame with "RIA", "SA", "T", and "NM" stamps. Equipped with a long serrated adjustable trigger, checkered narrow hammer, textured flat mainspring housing with lanyard loop, checkered grips, and an unmarked parkerized magazine. Exceptionally fine as arsenal upgraded to National Match configuration, retains 99% plus of the parkerized finish with a few scattered light handling marks. The grips are excellent with only the slightest handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
