This is an attractive example of one of the last Model 90's assembled by the factory with script tang marking. Beaded blade front and elevation adjustable notch rear sights, tenth style barrel inscription, Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, Third Model receiver with exposed locking lugs, full nickel plated finish on the receiver, breech bolt, and buttplate, blue hammer and trigger, standard markings on the upper tang, and matching numbers on the lower tang and receiver. 12 groove slide handle and straight grain, plain walnut straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Very fine with 90% original blue on the barrel, thinning on the barrel, scattered light surface pitting (most visible at the muzzle), and slide retraction marks on the slide bar. The receiver has 97% plus original bright nickel plated finish with some scattered darker spotting and handling marks. The wood is excellent with some small dings and scattered light spotting on the buttplate. Mechanically excellent.
