Manufactured in 1891. Single bead sight on the barrel with a 2 7/8 inch chamber and choke measuring modified. Standard "WRACO" monogram on the left side of the casehardened receiver and "WP" in an oval on the left of the barrel at the breech. It is mounted with a two-piece slab forend and pistol grip stock with checkered iron buttplate and 13 inch length of pull. Provenance: The Milan J. Turk Collection

Very fine, retains 50% of the thinned blue finish on the barrel and magazine with the balance a brown-grey patina and some scattered patches of light pitting. 85% plus of the vibrant case colors remain with the balance mostly a smooth grey patina. The wood is fine with some minor dings and scratches scattered throughout. Mechanically excellent. Overall a very attractive Winchester Model 1887 shotgun with vibrant case colors.
