Manufactured from 1865-1888 with the standard two-line Remington address and patent mark on top of the frame. The early serial number "35" is marked on the left of the grip frame. This is a very early production example that lacks the address and patent markings. It is fitted with a pair of smooth walnut grips. Includes a canvas case.
Excellent, retains 95% plus of the original nickel finish and strong niter blue on the trigger and hammer with the balance mostly a smooth grey patina. The grips are also excellent with a few scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The case is very good with some light wear.
