Manufactured c. 1867-1869. Features a blade front sight, two-leaf rear sight, "No 50" between the rear sight and serial number on the barrel at the breech, matching serial number on the receiver ring, manual ejector under the barrel, address marking on the left side of the frame, dual ignition hammer and breech block (percussion or rimfire), and smooth stock and forearm. Very good with 25% original blue finish with the balance of the barrel fading to smooth brown patina, damaged percussion nipple, strong original case colors in the protected areas, mottled gray and brown patina on the frame and furniture, some minor oxidation, and mild overall wear. The stock and forearm are both very good with mild wear, some darker spots, some lines along the grain on the left side of the buttstock, and mild dings and scratches. Mechanically fine.
