Manufactured in 1932. Standard barrel markings, adjustable blade front sight, and King rear sight. Matching serial number on the crane and yoke. Knowledgeable correctors believe that about 3,500 of these Shooting Master revolvers were built, of which, 2,500 were chambered for .38 Special. Includes an unnumbered Colt Shooting Master box. Excellent overall, retaining 98% plus original blue, faint cylinder drag line, limited handling evidence, and sharp grip checkering. The box is very good with moderate wear, taped lid corners, and worn lettering. Mechanically excellent.
