Manufactured in 1966 and subsequently customized. Standard markings as well as an "A.D. SWENSON/GARDENA, CALIF." stamping on the right side of the slide between the Rampant Colt and slide serrations and on the frame below the serial number. This pistol features the typical Swenson sight upgrade, replacing the standard rear sight with a Smith & Wesson style adjustable sight. Provenance: The Gus Cargile Collection

Very fine as customized/upgraded to current configuration by Swenson, retaining 90% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. The grips are fair with some age warping, a crack at the top of the right panel, and crisp checkering. The last round hold open does not activate when magazine is empty, this issue was resolved however when tested with another magazine. Otherwise, mechanically fine.
