Manufactured in 1906, with standard markings including the desirable "44 RUSSIAN CTG." on the left of the barrel and Rampant Colt surrounded by "COLT'S/NEW SERVICE" on the left of the frame. It is fitted with adjustable blade front and notch rear sights; checkered hammer, cylinder latch, grip straps, and trigger, and a pair of fancy diamond pattern checkered walnut grips.

Fine, retains 50% plus of the original blue finish with the balance having thinned to a smooth grey or brown patina, primarily on the grip straps, barrel, and edges. The grips are also fine with some scattered light dings and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
