The action is fully engraved with flowing, leafy scroll patterns surrounding brilliantly gold inlaid scenes of North American pintail ducks, showing two on the left, two on the right, and two on the underside. The underside is inscribed and gold inlaid with "AMERICAN PINTAIL 037 of 500 ANAS ACUTA". The action is signed "L.BLEUS" on the left side at the rear for Master Engraver Louie Bleus. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered deluxe walnut forend with engraved fittings and round knob pistol grip stock with skip-line checkered bare butt. Includes the factory original box and hardwood display case with shipping box.
