This revolver features factory class "D" engraving consisting of floral scroll on nearly all metal surfaces including the unfluted cylinder. The accompanying factory letter confirms the 7 1/2 inch barrel in .45 caliber, blue finish and factory class "D" engraving as well as being shipped on August 24, 1978 to Ellett Brothers Inc. of Chapin, SC as part of a 10 gun shipment. Includes a Colt Custom Shop case.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and case colors with limited handling marks, ill fitting grip, and crisp engraving. Mechanically excellent. Case is good with storage and handling marks, worn lining, and a tape repair on the hinge.
